Beenleigh Housing & Development Company Ltd (BHDC) was established on the 18th day of October 1994 and is registered under the Corporations Act as a Non Profit, Public Benevolent Institution which also holds a Deductible Gift Recipient Status. (more).
We were established to provide essential services and programs to our community and ensure that our people were also getting a fair go. These days, BHDC's offerings haven't changed much however we find ourselves as a core provider of subsidised Indigenous housing in the Beenleigh, Logan and Northern Gold Coast regions while occasionally able to offer programs that are strategically aligned to this for example; training, employment services, maintenance services and yard care etc.
