Many Torakai students (from as young as 5 yrs old) enter competitions and their success has been phenomenal, a testament not only to their own stength of character and solid training, but also to the high standard of instruction they receive from their Masters at Torakai Karate. This is optional, both physical and mental, not everyone is interested in competing but it does extend your training and provides an important arena for you to test your progress, in a safe and regulated environment.
