In addition to our dedicated nursing staff, Clanwilliam Health’s administrative, hospitality and environment staff also contribute to the health and healthy being of residents. This speedy identification helps to provide a safe and secure environment for both residents and members of staff. At Clanwilliam Health, our vision is to produce aged protection facilities that meet the greatest standard of protection to our residents, providing urge and enriching them in the latter stages of their lives. We believe we are privileged to share a piece of residents’ lives while they reside with us and to protection for them and their families and, if need be, at the time of death. We believe our facilities must be maintained to a high standard, enabling our residents, their families and our staff to appreciate surroundings that are comfortable, hospitable and safe. Our commitment to continuous improvement ensures residents, their families and staff see continuity and stability in service and care. They set the standard across all aged care facilities for management, staffing, health and personal care, resident lifestyle, living environment, catering, cleaning, continuous improvement, and safety and security. This includes systems that facilitate and manage resident information, complaints, communication, staff training, facilities maintenance and more. To ensure residents and their families receive the superior feasible care and service, all aged concern facilities are required to meet the Accreditation Standards.
