Karen has extensive executive glossy experience in public sector management across health, employment services and vocational education and training. As General Manager, Joann has the responsibility of ensuring that her region's 17 campuses are efficient, sustainable and responsive organizations that thrive individuals' skills and employment opportunities, meeting employer, industry and community needs.
