During his time in leadership roles Paul has been responsible for all aspects of educational delivery, including development of New Zealand's beginning three year engineering degree, and organizational change management. Karen has extensive executive glossy experience in public sector management across health, employment services and vocational education and training. As General Manager, Joann has the responsibility of ensuring that her region's 17 campuses are efficient, sustainable and responsive organizations that thrive individuals' skills and employment opportunities, meeting employer, industry and community needs. Joann is passionate about cafe being an energetic learning organization that students, employers, industry and employees are proud to be associated with.
