What you should know about Pacific International Taekwondo: Slacks Creek
Pacific International Taekwondo schools teach the traditional Art of Taekwondo for adults, teens and children. The Slacks Creek branch instructors are Senior Instructor Stephen Nicholson 2nd Dan and Asst Instructor Mark Taylor 1st Dan. New beginners are shown exactly what do and how to do it so you can feel confident you'll feel welcome, be looked after and taught correctly right from your first class. Training is controlled so safe for everyone and classes are on now for children aged 7-13 years plus teens & adults classes for 14- 40+ years old. No fitness is needed to begin training. It’s an activity that provides the fun and excitement of learning a martial art while encouraging your body and mind to focus as you train, so you become physically and mentally energised, disciplined and strong as you learn.
