Any distress or execution is levied upon or against any of the Purchasers assets. b) The Seller shall be entitled to adjust the selling price of the goods, with relevant notice to the purchaser prior to the delivery of Goods, in the event of and to take account of any enlarge in the cost of any of the subsequent items that affect the agreed selling price of the goods.
