This means no bread improvers or emulsifiers are used. All of our breads are made without preservatives or additives. For the wheat intolerant, we make spelt and rye loaves. We make delicious sourdough breads, including a sourdough pumpkin and cranberries. We offer gluten free bread and gluten free fruit loaves or pizza bases. We believe quality products are the result of skill - and bake accordingly.
